So in addition to doing a dotted design today, I also wanted to play with matte polish without ruining the effect with a top coat. I snagged a Sinful Colors matte polish the other day, 'Savage', and I love it! For this, I dotted on a few spots of a lighter color, Sinful Colors Sweet Nothing, at the tips. I then mixed it with a small amount of clear topcoat to create a row of slightly translucent but not completely clear dots. And finally, the base of the nail has clear dots.
